How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll notify you so you can expect its arrival. If you haven’t received your package within 7 business days of shipment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required. It helps us manage and track your order more efficiently.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently only offer international shipping to New Zealand.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Please check the status of your shipment using the tracking code provided on our Tracking page.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel it. After this period, the order will be processed and can no longer be modified.

What is your return policy?

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

  • If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If not, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
